Your institution enters the holder's identifying information into the Authentor portal. This data is processed entirely under your control and stays within your systems.
A cryptographic reference is generated from the data — a fixed-length value that cannot be reversed to recover the original information.
MFC stores the reference, not the personal data. The original holder information is never seen by MFC and cannot be recovered from what we hold.
